I will offer support to enable you to bounce back after setbacks by working with you to increase resilience and confidence. Above all, I will deliver great results for you as an individual and the business you work in.
My style is calm, engaging and supportive. However, I also think it is important to occasionally hold the mirror up to my clients to ensure that our conversations are grounded in reality! I fully believe that coaching is the most dynamic form of development, as it happens in the moment and is totally focused on your specific needs.
Before coming into coaching full time I held a number of senior HR positions. As a Group HR Director of a large European defence organisation I was involved in merging four national companies to become one integrated business. I have also led large-scale change programmes, been involved in major mergers and acquisitions and led large functions. After leaving the defence sector I joined British Airways as Head of Leadership, Talent & Learning, working with the business to build their people capability through extensive leadership and management programmes, succession planning, resourcing solutions and performance management.
In my spare time, as well as walking the dog, I love to get out into the garden and attempt to keep it in some sort of order!
