Group coaching offers a highly cost effective way of bringing coaching to the mainstream of your business. We offer tailored coaching programmes for a maximum of 6 people. Typically, this provides 3 half-day sessions on the themes that are important to the organisation and delegates. Within this framework, each individual can bring their own issues and experiences to the table in a supportive and creative environment. Confidentiality is a condition of membership. Delegates are encouraged to try out new approaches between sessions as part of their development.
