Before becoming a full-time coach, Tanya acquired more than 20 years experience operating at a senior level in a world-leading media organisation. As a board level HR generalist she has led on all aspects of people strategy across the full range of activities including organisational design and development, change management, talent management, diversity, launching new services, resourcing and employee relations. As a senior manager she had a reputation for delivering strategic and business objectives and, especially, managing complex, large scale change and improving diversity performance.
Tanya has worked with clients from a variety of professions and functions including journalists, producers, directors, designers, marketing, lawyers, strategists, HR, IT and finance as well as main board level directors. She is used to operating in a fast moving, competitive environment and working with demanding, challenging and stimulating clients.
