At a senior level, effective teamwork is crucial to business success, delivering strategic direction, robust decision-making, and, vitally, leadership for the organisation.

Team coaching is like 3-dimensional chess. The coach must be aware of what is happening at every level, and then ensure that the team, and every individual in it, trusts him/her to lead them through the process - balancing confidentiality and disclosure.

We have wide experience, plus processes and tools, to support team development, from evaluation to action. We weave individual and team sessions together to anchor sustained change.

Virtual Teams

Virtual teams are now a fact of working life, and many span the globe. Some are time-limited - such as project teams; others are on-going. They all face special issues: balancing autonomy and interdependence; differing work and cultural expectations; trust and relationships across global distances and time-zones.

We have a robust, well-tested process to support virtual teams. We use powerful on-line diagnostics, and are adept at 'virtual coaching', as well as face-to-face.
