EXECUTIVE

Every executive is an individual with a unique set of characteristics and circumstances. All of our coaching programmes reflect this individuality, but follow a robust process. It's there when we need it, just to ensure that we haven't missed out any steps and that we are on track. We couldn't operate without it but we can - and do - use it very flexibly to cope with the inevitable changes in the individual's situation and in their organisation.
