We know that board evaluation has been seen as 'clunky', tick box, and little to do with improving performance. Our approach is outcome and improvement focused, rigorous where it needs to be, whilst being agile and tailored to each company's needs. For some boards, it is an external validation and reinforcement of current good practice: for others it can generate more radical change.
