Since we started a decade ago we have specialised. This means we have joined a very small elite who have passed the ‘10,000 hour master’ level. Our clients come from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, typically at CEO and director level. All our coaches have operated at director level in ‘blue chip’ organisations before coaching. Our coaches are qualified, supervised internally and externally and active in continuous professional development and research. We are members of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) which sets professional standards for coaching and Accredited Members of the Association for Professional & Executive Coaching & Supervision (APECS).
Open-ended, cosy relationships were never our style. Our programmes are time bound and have clear outcomes. We have also pioneered coaching as a central tool for organisation transformation.
